Jeff Riggs with Professional Home Inspection Services is a great home inspector that I highly recommend. He is up to date with the industry technology. He will send a report including pictures once he has completed your home inspection.
Basically, safety is what matters most! Some home inspectors think the more things they can find wrong with the house the better job he has done for the client. However, this is often not the case. Jeff understands the contracts and understands what is cosmetic and what is a defect or a safety hazzard. These items are the focus of Jeff's inspection. This is the way it should be done!! Exterminator:
I have used NorthWest Exterminating personally for almost 16 years. Since I started in Real Estate I have used them to help my buyers and sellers. They are trust worthy and knowledgable. If a problem arises NorthWest does not take
advantage of the situation. They inform the customer and help them make the best decision possible. Termites are in Georgia....no way around that. You need someone you can trust to help you through any problems.
